Directions for Goat Milk Regimen ‘Jump Start’

Shower or bathe with Goat Milk Bar Soap. While body is still warm, spread light layer of Goat Milk Total Body Lotion over entire body. When the body is warm, a little goes a long way. If you have any persistant, bad, or ‘hot’ spots, use Goat Milk Skin Repair Cream.

For chronic dry skin, use above directions, paying close attention to knees, elbows, and feet.

For rosacea, use Goat Milk Skin Repair Cream on affected area every night after gently washing with Goat Milk Bar Soap. A small amount goes a long way. After washing face in the morning with Goat Milk Bar Soap, use a light layer before applying make-up.

For Eczema, Psoriasis, and Keratosis Pilaris, use same instructions, using Goat Milk Skin Repair Cream on Eczema and Psoriasis ‘hot spots’. For Keratosis Pilaris, use on bumpy, red area.

Keep in mind that Eczema, Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris, and Rosacea are all auto-immune diseases and are not curable. Goat Milk repairs the skin to make it easier to cope with symptoms, and in some case symptoms completely subside. Because of this, it is a maintenance plan. Even after all symptoms subside, continuing using Regimen one or two times per week.
